Terms for 'Free Trial': By submitting your billing information, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, as set forth: If you order the Physical Version, you will be sent via mail the complete Ultimate Lower Scores System and be billed a Shipping and Handling charge of $9.99 today. The 21 day trial period starts when you place your order. You may cancel anytime within the 21 day trial period to avoid any future charges. You may cancel by calling Customer Support during the hours of 9AM-5PM, M-F PST at 888-896-6844. You will also be required to return the Physical Version to us and the package must be postmarked with a date on or before the 21 day trial ends.  At the end of 21 days, you will be billed ONCE in the amount of $129.  No future charges will occur.

If you order the Digital Version, you will be billed a Bandwith charge of $9.99 today.  The 21 day trial starts when you place your order.  You may cancel anytime within the 21 day trial period to avoid any future charges. You may cancel by calling Customer Support during the hours of 9AM-5PM, M-F PST at 888-896-6844.  You are not required to ship anything back to us because you only bought the digital version.  At the end of 21 days, you will be billed ONCE in the amount of $97.  No future charges will occur.

After the 21 day trial ends and the second and final billing has occured, you will have the ability with the Digital Version to download all products for use on your computer, smartphone, etc.

Return Policy: We will delete your account and no future billings will occur if received package is post marked within 21 days of the original order date and you inform us via phone at 888-896-6844. No returns are credited after 21 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned at customer's expense.. Absolutely no returns are credited for damaged products. In the event that the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department via our contact page within 48 hours. In these situations we will promptly send a replacement product and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged merchandise. No refunds on any packages that come back "Return to Sender", "Refused", or any other denial of acceptance.

Shipping. Most products are shipped within 2 business days of the date of the order date.

Modifications to Services. Break 80 Golf reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) and/or the Newsletter with or without notice. You agree that Break 80 Golf shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

No resale of Services or News Letter. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service use of the service, or access to the Services.

Acceptance of Agreement. Your access to and use of the Accelerate Online, Inc.website (the 'Site') is subject to the following terms and conditions which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept and agree to, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions, privacy policy, acceptable use policy and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Accelerate Online, Inc. are superseded and of no force or effect with respect to your access and use of the Site.

Your Registration Obligations.
